Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT+9) from Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT+9) will be processed on the following business day. Please note that our warehouse is closed on major holidays.

In rare instances, if our warehouse experiences a high volume of orders or if there are unforeseen delays (e.g., inclement weather), there may be an additional delay beyond the standard shipping schedule.

Sales Tax Information

We collect sales tax in accordance with the tax laws and regulations of each state. Any applicable sales tax will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

Order Tracking

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package. Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders.
