Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. You must request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@oddnt.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item
Please do not send items back without receiving prior confirmation from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All return shipments must be sent to the following address:

Please note: International return shipments may take longer than expected due to customs and transit delays.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary international shipping at the time of purchase. However, in the case of a return, the full round-trip shipping cost (including original outbound and return inbound shipping fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
This policy applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping at checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
If the customer:
- Refuses to pay the required customs duties, or
- Fails to complete the import process,
and the package is either returned or disposed of by customs, the following will apply:
- All related costs—including round-trip shipping and customs penalties—will be deducted from the refund.
- If the parcel is permanently discarded by customs, no refund will be issued.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please:
- Request a return for the original item
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, for any reason, without explanation.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
